Just a reminder that we have limited mats and props available in the studio for your convenience. Even though our mats are cleaned regularly, we ask that you kindly wipe them down after each use.
For those of you who forget to bring your water bottles we have water available as well as spare cups in the large basket under the mats. We also have a changing area as well as a bathroom and shower for your use. Please bring your own towel.
