In a typical Hatha yoga session you will delve into various aspects of Hatha yoga methods:
Pranayama (breath control): You’ll explore the art of controlled breathing, learning how to harness the power of your breath and create inner calm and vitality.
Asanas (poses): Through a series of carefully curated postures, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance while nurturing mindfulness in each movement.
Savasana (final pose): Your practice will conclude with the blissful savasana pose, where you’ll recline in deep relaxation, allowing the benefits of your practice to settle in.
