GIANTS OF AFRICA FESTIVAL 2023 : OPENING CEREMONY

The Giants of Africa Festival will kick off with a big Opening Ceremony celebration hosted by award-winning sportscaster Carol Tshabalala.

FEATURING:

• A parade of athletes representing the 16 African countries participating in the Youth Basketball Festival
• A live concert headlined by Diamond Platnumz, Tanzanian Bongo Flava recording artist and Headies Award Best East African Artist
• A performance by Massamba Intore, musician, songwriter and founder of Gakondo music group and Sherrie Silver, an MTV Award-winning choreographer and United Nation’s IFAD Advocate for Rural Youth.
