Your add will be published and visible according to the dates you set it to activate and will end once all of your purchased spaces are exhausted. 

We don’t currently provide graphic design services. Your artwork should be submitted grammatically correct, with high resolution, and in the appropriate dimensions. (See the FAQ tab “What size should my artwork be?”

A program like Canva makes designing artwork easy. If you have questions about the recommended dimensions or formats, please get in touch with us on WhatsApp.

Videos:

• Video lengths should not exceed 15 seconds.
• Minimum quality 720p, 1080p (HD) is recommended.
• Acceptable video file formats are GIF and MP4.

Images: 

• Sizes should meet the criteria in the table below.
• Acceptable formats are PNG (recommeded) and JPG.

Ad spaces are the number of spaces available for the particular Ad Type daily for the next 28 days. 

If, for example, you purchase one featured advertisement for 28 days, the “Spaces Available” will be reduced by 28 spaces.

When your ad expires, the number of spaces will increase by 28.

The unit price is the price per unit for the particular ad or promotion you purchase. 

• Featured and banner ads are priced per day. 
• Email promotions are priced per email.
• Blog Articles are priced per article.
• Social posts are priced per post. 
• Packages are priced per month.

You will select the start and stop date for your featured and banner advertisements. 

No. This is a digital service. All agreements are in the service agreement when you make a purchase. 

We’ve done our best to simplify this process as much as possible. Everything is done online through automated processes to keep our costs (and yours)  low. This means reducing red tape and bureaucracy as much as possible.

We’ll contact you if any corrections or further information is required. Otherwise, you’ll receive confirmation in your email that your ad was published within 24 hours of the requested start date.

You will receive a detailed report of ad, listing, and article views and clicks, as well as 365Rwanda ticket sales and RSVPs at the end of your ad period or monthly, whichever comes first.

Please note that we cannot track off-platform phone calls and WhatsApp messages; however, those we can track will also be included in your report.

No. Once spaces are purchased, they will go live through automated processes for the agreed-upon duration, and no refunds will be considered.

The social promotions program is new and currently free. We are building our social media following. Once we’ve done that, social media promotion services will become a paid service.
